RMIT with Anada Training & Consultancy | Persian Participants wanted for LGBTIQA+ Multilingual Terminolgy

Ananda Training & Consultancy and RMIT University are inviting Persian speaking LGBTIQA+ community members to be involved in the development of LGBTIQA+ terminology resources for translators and interpreters.

We are seeking individuals who speak the following languages to attend a workshop on Persian LGBTIQA+ terminology:
◆ Farsi
◆ Dari

The event will be held on Wednesday 23 October from 6 to 8 pm at RMIT University, Swanston St, Melbourne. It is suited to Persian speaking friends and family members who identify as being Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Intersex, Queer, Questioning, Asexual and/or Gender Diverse. No translating or interpreting experience is required, although Persian translators and interpreters who are also members of the LGBTIQA+ community are warmly invited to attend (strict confidentiality will be maintained). Participants will receive a gift voucher as a token of appreciation.
