Interview participants needed for research into intercultural communication between parents and staff in Victorian schools.
This research aims to identify both best practices and the challenges faced by schools in communicating with parents in multicultural school communities.
Multicultural Education Aides and other school staff who communicate with parents in languages other than English are needed to participate in a one-hour interview either in-person or through Zoom.
Participants will be compensated for their time with a $50 gift voucher.
