NAATI surveyed all certification test candidates from late 2018 to January 2021 on their testing experience. Nearly half of our candidates responded, with most survey respondents being new to the translating and interpreting profession.
Here are some results from the analysed data.
NAATI has launched a Continuous Improvement Program to refine the Certification System, consulting stakeholders and reviewing the results of the candidate survey. We are looking at ways to further support candidates prior to their test session and to enhance their experience during the test.
